I swapped out the original red (DMC 349) for DMC 321 because I like my reds a little bolder.

I suppose I'll frame it someday. Honestly, I enjoy making things more than I enjoy having them once they're made. I give away some of the things I make as gifts and the rest go in a bin in my closet.

I so sympathise with that! I have two long-stitches that are going to be cushions some day, and a vibrant set of cross-stitched flowers I was going to put on a skirt for my daughter, but she couldn't decide on what she wanted it to look like, so it is still in the cupboard.
