Nothing quite like someone else posting an update to the comm to remind you just how long its been since you yourself posted an update!



I completed my seaside mobile, its currently hanging above the cot of my best friend's tiny child. :D
I'm really please how this turned out. I haven't done this kind of construction of cross-stitch since I was at school (usually I just make cards or pictures to be framed) and I'd forgotten how much fun it is. I thought building a mobile would be much more complicated than it turned out to be!


And the wee card I made - from a kit - for my mum for Mother's Day.

That's a great card. :) I'm totally into making cross stitch cards for people these days. They just always take longer to complete than I expect. :D
