Cross-stitch Catch-up!

I did actually finish my duck in plenty of time for the silly season (a whole week, a record for me!) but then I forgot to make a post to show it off! Despite running out of two shades of blue and having to track down more - of course I found a skein of the pale blue when I was looking for something else entirely last week, but nevermind!


Here he is in all his feathery glory...


In fact, I was organised enough this year, that I even managed to make some gift tags for people's presents.

I decided that the new year needed a new project, so I started on a clock that I wanted to stitch and I've been making excellent progress on it.

This was taken on the 1st of January, and ummm, it's now about three quarters done...

Not as epic a project as I thought clearly!
